By accessing and using the RAGGENIE application (the "App"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and any future amendments. This includes actions such as downloading, installing, or using the App in any manner. Your use of the App signifies your understanding and acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you must not use the App. RAGGENIE reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon their posting within the App. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use regularly. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of those modifications.

Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App.

Subscription and Payment

Some features require a subscription. Pay upfront for your chosen plan securely (we accept major credit cards) and enjoy automatic renewals (cancel anytime!). Fees are non-refundable (except as noted in our Refund Policy).

Refund Policy

Refunds for subscriptions will only be provided under the following conditions:

• If you cancel your subscription within the first 7 days of the initial subscription, you are eligible for a full refund.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the first 7 days of the initial subscription.
• If there are any discrepancies in billing, please contact us immediately to address the issue.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the first 7 days of the initial subscription.
• No refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the subscription.

Termination of Accounts

RAGGENIE reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms of Use.
• Non-payment of subscription fees.
• Engagement in fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Any conduct that we believe is harmful to other users, third parties, or the App itself.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by discontinuing the use of the App and deleting the App from your device.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, the technology used in the App, and in the content published on it (excluding your data) are owned by RAGGENIE.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy, accessible within the App, outlines how we handle your personal data. By using the App, you agree to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this policy.

Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Please review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes, as they are binding on you upon their implementation.
